Pre-medicated with Finasteride 1 mg/day + 5% Minoxidil for more than 1 year
Hair loss progression – Stable
Hair thickness – Medium
Hair / skin contrast – Moderate
Donor density +80 FUs/cm²
Surgical Objectives
The frontal 2/3 are restored in one FUE hair transplant procedure.
One year later, the crown was transplanted during a second FUE intervention.
We propose a conservative design for the hairline considering the magnitude of baldness in order to reduce the surface to be implanted and this is accepted by the patient.
