Surgical Objectives

The patient presented with very advanced alopecia (Norwood VII) and two factors working against him: a severely limited donor area and fine hair, which provides less visual coverage per graft.

The goal was to restore the entire balding surface with a density tailored to the actual capacity of the donor area, planning the treatment across multiple procedures to manage the available grafts strategically: prioritizing the frontal and mid-scalp regions, which define the facial frame, and progressively addressing the crown and density reinforcements in later stages.
